The Whistler is a decadent whiskey liqueur that was specifically created to showcase a unique blend of our very own 'Single Pot Still' Irish whiskey.

This premium cream liqueur combines the freshest Irish cream from bonny grass fed cows, with our famous Single Pot Still whiskey which is aged in first fill bourbon barrels then finished in Madeira casks.

TASTING NOTES

NOSE
Beautifully creamy nose full of rich chocolate, vanilla and the unmistakable pot still whiskey spice.

PALATE
Incredibly velvety mouthfeel, with heaps of creamy milk chocolate, toffee, and a hint of coffee all followed by a delicious warmth and pot still spice brought by the Irish whiskey.

FINISH
Long, lingering, creamy and undeniably luxurious.
