Founded in 2017, Corgi Spirits might be based in the creative heart of Jersey City, but their inspo comes from across the channel. Their source of inspiration is the most quintessentially British dog breed; Corgis are feisty, agile, and dependable but also regal and distinguished (Is that the reason they’re the Queen’s favorite breed?) – kind of like Corgi Spirits that thrill your palate and enliven your evenings. This is a family-run, small-batch, and craft distillery – it’s actually the first one and (last time we checked) the only one in Hudson County New Jersey. Their methods are inspired by British distilling traditions and their Spirits are made from potatoes, which means they’re not only extra smooth but also gluten-free.

Bee Blossom Gin is here to celebrate Spring (Which is like, everyone’s favorite season, right.). It’s a limited-edition, seasonal Gin that’s distilled from potatoes and the finest botanicals. Bottled at 86 proof, this delightful Gin is essentially a spring dance of rich honey and delicate floral notes that are sure to perk up your palate. It’s splendid on its own, on the rocks or try it with honey syrup, citrus juice, club soda, or a light tonic.
