About Chapter 7 Secret Highland 21 Year Old

What is a secret malt? Well, as an independent bottler sometimes Chapter 7 Whisky get their hands on exceptional casks from some distilleries and can only bottle them if they agree to keep the identity of the distillery undisclosed to protect its trade mark. Often they're allowed to give some hints but in this case, the secret remains a secret! The only hint you will get is, this whisky is peated and there are a& few distilleries in the Highlands that produce peated malt. Don't expect a heavily peated malt as 21 years of ageing tames the peat and it becomes a part of the succulent harmony.
