Our straight Rye Whiskey finished in estate port wine casks - first aged in new American oak, then finished in Estate Port wine casks for added complexity. This expression boasts a unique color and flavor of dried cherries and stone fruits, while the familiar vanilla and spice take a supporting role in the overall flavor profile.
