Cantera Negra Extra Añejo Tequila is a small batch, handcrafted tequila that is made in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. The tequila is made from 100% blue agave and is aged in small oak barrels for at least 36 months. The result is a tequila that is smooth, rich, and complex.

Cantera Negra Extra Añejo Tequila is made from 100% blue agave. The agave is grown in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, and is harvested by hand. The agave is then cooked in traditional brick ovens and then fermented with water and yeast. The resulting liquid is then distilled twice and aged in small oak barrels for at least 36 months.
