Harvested and crushed with precision, the grapes undergo 7 gentle days on skins before the free run fraction is separated and the skins delicately pressed. A 24-hour resting period precedes maturation in a combination of French oak barrels and tanks, allowing the wine to evolve gracefully over 18 months. The final blend, curated in December 2015, harmoniously combines wines from diverse corners of the estate, resulting in a complex and balanced Shiraz with an alcohol by volume (ABV) of 14.0%.
